Our photographers are not able to enter a property if someone on-site currently has COVID-19, or is otherwise unwell. Please let us know before the time of the shoot if you require a cancellation due to COVID-19 quarantine/health reasons. Please read our COVID-19 Photoshoot precautions.

Terms and Conditions:
If the access option "Pick up Keys from Office" is chosen, a key collection fee* will apply when the collection address is over 7k from the property address. All appointments after 4.00pm will be charged as a dusk** shoot.

Rescheduling/cancelling a booking within 4 hours of the time it has been booked will incur an $88 inc GST cancellation fee. Bookings with travel fees that are cancelled after the photographer has already left to travel to the site will incur the existing travel fee + the $88 inc GST cancellation fee.

**Dusk time slots will change as the year progresses to be in line with the sunset times.
***Drones can not be flown in some locations if they are in line with controlled airport runways due to geofencing. At times, these locations can change without warning and we may only be aware once we attempt to fly the drone.
